Welcome! Trisha is a seasoned licensed marriage and family therapist, clinical director and owner of Life in Motion Therapy, a group private practice located in the heart of Central Phoenix.
Trisha's heart beats to help people break generational patterns in their families and heal from relational trauma. As a recovering perfectionist, Trisha loves working with high achieving professionals struggling with the narrative "Am I enough?".
